Contact you regarding services, opportunities, or information that may be relevant to your circumstances; and
Maintain a client profile for future interactions.
Submission of this information does not create any obligation to engage any additional services.
Advertised pricing applies to eligible tax returns only.
Additional fees may apply where a return includes more complex matters, including but not limited to:
Rental properties;
Capital gains tax;
Cryptocurrency transactions;
Foreign income;
Business or sole trader income;
Multiple investment activities; or
Amendments to previously lodged returns.
Where additional fees apply, you will be informed before work proceeds.
Payment may be required before preparation, review, or lodgement of a tax return.
We reserve the right to withhold services until payment has been received.
Refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis.
Once work has commenced, a tax return has been prepared, reviewed, or lodged, refunds may not be available for work already completed.
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
We aim to assist clients in claiming deductions and offsets to which they are legally entitled.
However, we do not guarantee any specific refund amount, tax outcome, or processing timeframe.
